Dislocations of the acromioclavicular joint.

Features

Lateral clavicle screw fixation is possible due to anterolateral screw hole in the plate.
Hook provides support to both lateral clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
Offset hook design avoids insertion of hook into acromioclavicular ligament.
Allows rotational mobility of the shoulder.
15 mm & 18 mm hook depths for optimal sizing and screw positioning for each patient.
Side specific for left and right.
Fixed with 3.5 mm cortex and cancellous screws
Available in both Titanium & Stainless Steel
